In this work, a chemical wet method used to prepare SWCNTs decorated with ZnO-Ag and ZnO-Au as nanocomposite materials by using precipitate method. Then, the overall measurement results were characterized via (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer demonstrate role of presence in SWCNTs/ZnO-Ag/ZnO-Au produce number electron-holes pairs present additive nanoparticles. Nano had been shown many biological activities such antibacterial, antifungal, drug delivery, immunomodulation antitumor activities. current study, we investigated effect on activity phagocytic cells against S.auerus, markedly increased intracellular killing, S.auerus. Nanocomposite showed induction clearance S. aureus that was accompanied significant increase NOX2 activity. Taken together, study confirmed could be an effective treatment for prevention bacterial infections up-regulated phagocytosis.
